The Colourful Dot ships worldwide from the UK. After your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs. Orders of multiple products may be shipped in more than one package, in which case two tracking numbers will be sent.
Cost of shipping is dependant on the weight of the package. UK shipping starts from £3.50 to £25.00+ Worldwide shipping starts from £9.50 to £80+ We ship internationally using Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Fedex. We ship Monday to Thursday. Please note that you if you sending a package to Spain, we may contact you after your order has been placed to request additional shipping costs. Some orders to Spain will be delivered by Fedex, DHL, DPD as we have found the Spanish postal service Correos to be very unreliable.
It can take up to 5 working days to process your order. For UK orders please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. For worldwide orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please note, for worldwide shipping, sometimes packages are held up in customs and therefore can take longer to arrive. Please note that once your package leaves the UK and is in the hands of your country and customs it is your responsibility to use the tracking information we provide to follow up its progress. Sadly once the package leaves the UK we have no authority over the package and is the responsibly of the receiver.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include customs and taxes charged by your home country. Due to the UK leaving the EU January 2021, you may have to pay customs and import charges when your item arrives. These charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country.
Returns & Exchanges
My hope is that you are very happy with your shopping experience at The Colourful Dot. However, if you decide you would like to return or exchange your order than please contact us straight away: hello@thecolourfuldot.com We will do our best to help you. Returns and exchanges have to be initiated within five days of you receiving your goods. Postage for your original order will not be eligible for a refund/return, unless the product is faulty or agreed by The Colourful Dot. Please consider that the return/exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items purchased from our sale section are final sale and can not be returned for exchange or refund. Balms and oils are non-refundable.
